Do you want to use your A/V Equipment to 'Control' your Smart Strip?

Over the past few years we have had wonderful success with the Smart Strip working with most electronic devices as the 'Control' device. In some instances, however, we have had customers that have not been able to get the Smart Strip to work with some A/V equipment. To deal with this over the years we have come up with various suggestions and even some custom built units. Even though we are continually updating our products some individuals have still been experiencing inconsistencies with some electronic devices that our most current updates were not resolving.

Up til now the only options we could offer customers with these situations was the custom built units or a different configuration for their setup. Recently we created a unit that showed major promise working with these devices. We tested the new unit and it has been preforming flawlessly in one of these situations for months now. With this new unit we have already resolved many issues with compatibility that we were previously experiencing.
